What usually hurts

  • Admissions, attendance, exams and placements each have a spreadsheet, and the student is a different row in each.

  • Reports for the university, the accreditation body and the management are rebuilt by hand every time.

  • Parents and students ask the office for things a portal should answer.

  • The institute's website and courses do not reflect what actually happens in the classroom.

The flow we build around

A student's year, in one system

  1. Admit

    Today

    Forms, photocopies, a register.

    After

One application, one record, documents attached once.

  2. Teach

    Today

    Attendance registers, marks in Excel.

    After

Coursework, attendance and marks against the same record.

  3. Assess

    Today

    Exam cells on paper.

    After

Exams, results and transcripts from the record.

  4. Place

    Today

    A placement cell's spreadsheet.

    After

Drives, applications and offers tracked per student.

  5. Report

    Today

    Rebuilt by hand every time.

    After

Outcome reports for management and bodies, from live data.

What we typically build

  • CampusOS

Student records, coursework, exams, career services and outcome reports, one login.

  • Parent & student portal

Fees, attendance, timetables and notices without a call to the office.

  • Launch & programme sites

Sites that explain a programme and take the enquiry or the order.

  • Storefront & kits

For education businesses that sell programmes, kits or courses.

  • Internal tools

The office's own workflows, built to fit.

  • Faculty AI training

Hands-on sessions for engineering departments on building with agents.

What it looks like when it works

  • Hosted by us

Inside your office, in your own cloud account, or hosted by us with hourly backups and a weekly restore test. Every ticket tracked until it is closed.

How we keep systems safe

What the first month usually ships

Week 1Weeks 2–3Week 4
  1. Week 1

the records that exist today are mapped and imported.

  2. Weeks 2–3

admissions, attendance and the portal go live for one department.

  3. Week 4

exams and reports; the rest of the campus follows.

Questions

Is CampusOS an ERP?

It is the operating system for your campus: the record of each student and everything that happens to it, with the reports that fall out of that. Call it what you like; the office stops rebuilding spreadsheets.

We are a coaching institute, not a college.

The same shape at a smaller scale: enrolment, batches, attendance, fees, results and the parent portal. Usually a month.

We sell learning kits, not seats.

Then you are a product company that happens to be in education, and the storefront, inventory and launch-site work applies. We have built exactly that.

How a month works

A month here ships what used to take a quarter.

Method, pricing and terms

1 month

₹5,00,000

₹23,800

per working day

The MVP: a business system with a dozen or more modules on your data, in production.

One month is 21 working days, Monday to Friday. Prices are in INR and exclude taxes.

A real example and the day rate

A real example: A factory ERP: production logs, stores, QC, dispatch, Tally posting and the owner's dashboard.

That is the month divided by its 21 days. Compare it with the cost of the hours your own people spend on the work the system replaces.
