CA firms, auditors, compliance and payroll bureaus

The work your juniors do by hand, done by a run you review.

Reconciliations, workings, filings and client follow-ups turned into automations, with a partner reviewing exceptions instead of a team re-typing data.

What usually hurts

  • Month-end is a wall of statements, ledgers and workings that juniors sort by hand, and a partner then checks every line.

  • Client documents arrive on WhatsApp, email and in person, and chasing them is half the job.

  • Deadlines live in someone's head. A missed limitation or filing date is a professional-indemnity problem.

  • Practice software is either a shell or a straitjacket; neither matches how the firm actually works.

The flow we build around

A month-end, run instead of typed

  1. Collect

    Today

Statements and documents chased over WhatsApp and email.

    After

A client portal and reminders; the firm sees what is in and what is missing.

  2. Read

    Today

PDFs printed, lines typed into Excel.

    After

Statements read automatically, in any bank's format.

  3. Classify

    Today

A junior assigns every line to a ledger.

    After

The system predicts the ledger; only uncertain lines are queued.

  4. Review

    Today

    The partner re-checks everything.

    After

The partner reviews the exceptions, with the evidence beside each one.

  5. Post

    Today

    Typed into Tally again.

    After

Posted to Tally in one go, with a log of what went where.

  6. File

    Today

    Deadlines in a diary.

    After

Every matter, every date, every reminder in one tracker.

What we typically build

  • Statement reader

Bank, card and ledger PDFs into clean rows, whatever the format.

  • Ledger prediction

Learns from the firm's own history; flags what it cannot prove.

  • Exception review

One screen for the partner: the doubtful lines, the evidence, approve or correct.

  • Client portal

Clients upload what you need; you see what is missing.

  • Matter & deadline tracker

Every matter, limitation date and filing, with who owns it.

  • Tally & filing output

Posts to Tally; prepares the workings your filings need.

  • Email inside the system

Client threads next to the client's file, not lost in an inbox.

    Before: 5 daysAfter: 2 hours

    of monthly reconciliation work

Every month, juniors sorted thousands of bank-statement lines into the right ledgers by hand, then a partner checked it all. An automation now reads the statements, predicts the ledger for each line, and sends only the uncertain ones for review. The partner reviews exceptions; nobody re-types anything.

Security

Your data, where you can point at it.

Client data is confidential by profession. The system runs inside your office or on a server only you hold, access is per person with two-factor sign-in, and nothing you give us is used to train anything.

  • Inside your office
  • In your own cloud account
  • Hosted by us

Inside your office, in your own cloud account, or hosted by us with hourly backups and a weekly restore test. Every ticket tracked until it is closed.

How we keep systems safe

What the first month usually ships

Week 1Weeks 2–3Week 4
  1. Week 1

we sit with the person who does month-end and map the real steps.

  2. Weeks 2–3

the statement reader and ledger prediction run on last month's real files, beside the manual result.

  3. Week 4

the review screen, Tally posting, and the firm runs this month's close on it.

Questions

How accurate is the classification?

On one practice's real data, most lines were classified with high confidence and only the rest went to review. The honest number depends on your history; the first two weeks are spent measuring it on your own files.

Will clients see our data in some AI cloud?

Only if you choose to. The reading and classification can run on a server you own. Where a hosted model is used, we tell you exactly which step and what it sees.

We are a small firm. Is this for us?

The smaller the firm, the more a partner's hours are worth. A week's build that saves two days a month pays for itself inside the quarter.

Can it handle PF, ESI and labour-law compliance work?

Yes. A compliance bureau's work is the same shape: documents in, workings, filings and deadlines per establishment. We build the tracker and the automations around your statutory calendar.

How a month works

A month here ships what used to take a quarter.

Method, pricing and terms

1 month

per working day

The MVP: a business system with a dozen or more modules on your data, in production.

One month is 21 working days, Monday to Friday. Prices are in INR and exclude taxes.

A real example and the day rate

A real example: A factory ERP: production logs, stores, QC, dispatch, Tally posting and the owner's dashboard.

That is the month divided by its 21 days. Compare it with the cost of the hours your own people spend on the work the system replaces.

Tell us what needs solving.

Three minutes, four questions. You will hear from Prerak himself, usually within a working day.
