Brands, distributors and sellers

Your store, your stock and your customers, all in one place you own.

Storefronts that stay up, inventory that matches the shelf, order flows that do not need a person at every step, and the data on your own server.

  • AI that does the work

What usually hurts

  • The store goes down on the day of the campaign, and the hosting company blames the plugin.

  • Marketplace listings, the website and the warehouse each have their own stock number.

  • Orders are copied by hand into the courier panel, the invoice tool and the accounts.

  • Customer questions repeat all day, and the answers are in someone's head.

The flow we build around

An order, without the copy-paste

  1. Sell

    Today

Store, marketplaces and WhatsApp orders, each its own list.

    After

Every channel lands in one order book.

  2. Stock

    Today

    Three stock counts that disagree.

    After

One stock figure, updated as you pack and receive.

  3. Pack

    Today

A printed order and a marker pen.

    After

Scan, pack, label; the courier booking is made for you.

  4. Ship

    Today

    Tracking numbers pasted into chats.

    After

Customers get their updates; you see every shipment's state.

  5. Account

    Today

    Orders re-typed into Tally.

    After

Posted to Tally with returns and refunds handled.

  6. Answer

    Today

    The same questions, all day.

    After

An AI advisor on the site answers from your catalogue; a person takes over when needed.

What we typically build

  • Storefront that stays up

Rebuilt, hardened and hosted where you control it.

  • Order book

Every channel in one list, with status and exceptions.

  • Inventory

One stock number across store, marketplaces and warehouse.

  • Pack & ship

Scan to pack; courier bookings and tracking without copy-paste.

  • AI product advisor

Answers buyers' questions from your own catalogue, on your site.

  • Tally & marketplaces

Posting to accounts; listings kept in sync.

Security

Your data, where you can point at it.

Your customer list is your business. The store and its data can run on a server inside your office or in your own cloud account, and nothing you give us is used to train anything.

  • Inside your office
  • In your own cloud account
  • Hosted by us

Inside your office, in your own cloud account, or hosted by us with hourly backups and a weekly restore test. Every ticket tracked until it is closed.

How we keep systems safe

What the first month usually ships

Week 1Weeks 2–3Week 4
  1. Week 1

the store is stabilised and moved to hosting you control.

  2. Weeks 2–3

the order book and inventory, connected to your marketplaces and courier.

  3. Week 4

packing screens, Tally posting, and the AI advisor trained on your catalogue.

Questions

We are on Shopify / WooCommerce. Do we have to move?

No. We build around what you sell on. Moving hosting is only done when the current one is costing you sales.

Can the AI advisor say wrong things about our products?

It answers only from the catalogue and documents you give it, and says so when it does not know. Every conversation is logged so you can read what it told people.

How do marketplace listings stay in sync?

We have rewritten several hundred B2B marketplace listings from one checked product sheet. Ongoing sync uses each marketplace's API where one exists.

How a month works

A month here ships what used to take a quarter.

Method, pricing and terms

1 month

₹5,00,000

₹23,800

per working day

The MVP: a business system with a dozen or more modules on your data, in production.

One month is 21 working days, Monday to Friday. Prices are in INR and exclude taxes.

A real example and the day rate

A real example: A factory ERP: production logs, stores, QC, dispatch, Tally posting and the owner's dashboard.

That is the month divided by its 21 days. Compare it with the cost of the hours your own people spend on the work the system replaces.

Tell us what needs solving.

Three minutes, four questions. You will hear from Prerak himself, usually within a working day.
